From June 3 to 5, the National University of Vanuatu and the Agence universitaire de la Francophonie are jointly organizing an Environment week on the university campus.
The different activities are proposed for the purpose of raising awareness among students and all those interested in environmental issues:
- the fight against plastic
- recycling
- the preservation of flora and marine fauna
- traditional tools such as weaving…
Each day, workshops, conferences and documentaries take place thanks to the partnership established with the Vanuatu Environmental Science Society, GreenWave Vanuatu, the Department of Environment, Oxfam, Erakor Community and Unelco.
On June 5, seedlings will be planted to mark International Environment Day.
Free entrance, come in to have a look and discover the National University of Vanuatu.
